Refunds, plainly
If you buy a pass and Venhyia fails you — the service was down or a defect stopped your meeting — email hello@venhyia.com within 7 days of purchase and we refund you in full to the wallet or card you paid from. Passes that were simply not used are refundable within 48 hours of purchase. Fair use both ways.
Never auto-charged
Venhyia keeps no card on file and sets up no automatic MoMo or card deductions. Every payment is one you choose to make, and everything you buy has a clear end date. Nothing renews by itself — there is nothing to cancel, because nothing charges you by itself.
