What Venhyia is
Venhyia provides video and voice meetings in the browser, made for Ghana. It is operated from Ghana by Venhyia Star Enterprise, a business registered in Ghana (Business Registration No. BN203520926).
Your account
Creating meetings requires an account with a real email you control. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your password to yourself. Guests may join meetings by link without an account.
Fair use
Use Venhyia lawfully and decently. Do not use it to harass, defraud, or harm others, to break the laws of Ghana or your country, or to hammer the service with automated abuse. Accounts are limited to a reasonable number of active meetings, and creation is rate limited; these limits protect the service for everyone. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other people.
Your meetings and content
What you say and show in your meetings is yours. Venhyia forwards your audio and video between participants; it does not store your meetings on its servers. Hosts may record a meeting to their own device; while that is on, every participant sees a clear banner, and the recording belongs to the host — never to Venhyia (see the privacy policy). Venhyia claims no ownership over your content. You are responsible for what you share and for having the right to share it.
Your meetings, your responsibility
Venhyia is a tool, like a phone line or a meeting hall: it carries meetings, it does not organise them. Hosts decide what their meetings are for and who joins them, and every host and participant is responsible for making sure that what they do in a meeting is allowed — by the law, and by any rules that bind them, such as those of their employer, school, profession, church or association. Venhyia does not watch, listen to or check meetings, and it does not approve or endorse anything said or shown in them. Using Venhyia never makes an activity allowed that is otherwise not. If you believe a meeting is being used to harm someone, tell us at hello@venhyia.com and we will act on accounts that break these terms.
Paid passes
Venhyia sells prepaid passes and bundles that expire on their stated date, paid through Paystack by Mobile Money, card or Apple Pay. Venhyia never charges automatically: nothing renews unless you choose to renew it. Refunds are covered on the pricing page.
The service, honestly
Venhyia is young and actively improving. We work hard to keep it reliable — calls even reconnect themselves after a network drop — but we cannot promise perfection, and Venhyia is provided as is, without warranties. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the month the problem occurred.
Changes and contact
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Questions: hello@venhyia.com.
